• Advising clients and design teams on their duties under Construction Law.
• Developing Pre-construction information packs for early inception of project Health and Safety.
• Preparing project specific Construction Phase Plans, updating as required.
• Collating and developing the Health and Safety File for the completion of projects.
• Safe systems of work or method statements, risk assessments vital for high risk projects.
• Preparing Companies for Construction Line or Safe - T - Cert accreditation.
• Regular Site Safety Inspections, active and re-active monitoring, PUWER and LOLER inspections.
• Contractors training needs, ie induction, tool box talks, first aid and fire.
